Free 24/7 technical support for all Moodle software errors and server performance issues, including unlimited named technical support accounts for each organization.

Free installation of standard Moodle, including up to 3 third-party blocks, modules, or other addons. Additional Moodle development services are available at an extra cost.

Free Moodle software upgrades: GIT updates to address any security-related concerns are automatically installed. Any major (e.g., 3.8 to 3.9) or minor point release (e.g., 3.9.1 to 3.9.2) upgrade can be requested by submitting a technical support ticket. Doing so allows us to coordinate with you or your staff in order to minimize any disruption of your Moodle web site.

Our annual Moodle Success Service is also available to provide usability and administrative solutions at a discounted rate for our Cloud Moodle Hosting clients.

Moodle site access options allow use of your own registered domain or sub-domain name, or one of our available sub-domain names (e.g., moodle.teacherportal.org, moodle.crhosts.com, etc.).

Daily back-up to a separate drive to allow restoration of previous day’s Moodle site configuration.

Weekly back-up to a distributed cloud platform to allow restoration of previous week's Moodle site configuration.
