Because of our expertise, we are able to provide extremely cost-effective and reliable Moodle support services. Our annual Moodle support contract offers three tiers of service, including: usability support, administrative support, and telephone support. Regardless of the type of support that you need, you will receive a response within 24 hours. In addition, your organization can determine the total number of users authorized to utilize our support services at no extra cost.

How Support Works:

  • Unlimited support accounts for both Moodle hosting customers and annual Moodle support contract customers.
  • Annual Moodle support contract services are billed in 15 minute increments (e.g., 1-15 minutes = 15 minutes; 16-30 minutes = 30 minutes, etc.).
  • Hosted Annual Moodle Support Contract provides between 5 and 10 hours of support.
  • All of the funds designated for your annual Moodle support contract must be used within 1 year. Any support funds left unused after 1 year has passed are not eligible for a refund.

Types of Support:

  • Technical: Free support for Moodle software upgrades, software errors & server performance issues, and the installation of up to 3 approved third-party addons with all of our hosting packages.
  • Usability: Answers questions about using Moodle and best teaching practices. Requires annual Moodle support contract. Usability support is billed at the rate of $100/hour.
  • Administrative: Our expert technicians will install modules, blocks, update themes, or make other minor changes to your site. Requires annual Moodle support contract. Admin support is billed at the rate of $150/hour.
  • Telephone: Speak with a live Moodle support technician to help with distance learning needs. Requires annual Moodle support contract. Telephone support is billed at the rate of $200/hour.
