Each of our expertly managed annual Moodle dedicated server accounts includes the following features:

Technical Support Services:
- Free 24/7 technical support for all Moodle software errors & server performance issues, including unlimited named technical support accounts for each organization. Annual Moodle support contracts are also available at a discounted rate for hosting clients.
- Free installation and customization of standard Moodle, including up to 3 third-party blocks, modules, or other modifications. Moodle development services are available at an extra cost.
- Free Moodle software upgrades: GIT updates to address any security-related concerns are automatically installed. Any major (e.g., 2.3 to 2.4) or minor point release (e.g., 2.4.3 to 2.4.4) upgrade can be requested by submitting a technical support ticket. This allows us to coordinate with your staff in order to minimize any disruption of your Moodle site.
Data Security Services:
- Daily back-up to a separate drive to allow restoration of previous day’s Moodle site configuration.
- Free custom Moodle theme: Your choice of any of our custom Moodle themes with your branding incorporated into the header.
- cPanel and FTP access available upon request.
- Moodle documentation assistance.
- Moodle site access options allow use of your own registered domain or sub-domain name, or one of our available sub-domain names (e.g., moodle.teacherportal.org, moodle.crteacher.com, moodle.crhosts.com, etc.).
- Pro-rated pricing is available if an account upgrade is needed within 1 year of ordering.
- Any shared hosting account can be upgraded at any time without disruption of service.
